Hello. It has been quite a few months since this post. So: has anybody any real life experience (say: riding for at least a season) with Chinese conrod/ Pleuel please..? Are they worth considering at all?

Not that I know of. The Chinese conrods are running now in a few engines, but none of them made considerable kilometres yet.
There are two other sources of NX250 conrods. A German manufacturer is offering expensive conrods which did not fit anyway. The other source are the samarin rods – expensive as well and nobody knows if they really fit https://www.3pracing.com/en/samarin-spe ... -1990.htmlAre they worth considering at all?
So it all comes down to the Chinese conrods – at least we know that they fit.

What a straightforward answer. So no hope of whatsoever. Considering the crazy costs of other options, yes - no way, but to buy Chinese And then to keep fingers crossed they would last for one or two seasons... Maybe you guys have some knowledge as for what to buy? Is AHL a good direction, (e.g.: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Engine-Connect ... SwH-daEjdR) or it doesn't matter?

There is always hope. As the old Austrian saying goes: the situation is hopeless, but not serious (meaning: not without humour) .
But given that you don’t want spend big bucks it’ll leave us only the Chinese option. But what is the problem with your crankshaft, the upper bearing is worn out?

Rather not. I would take that crankshaft to the mechanic and ask him if he knows a metal shop specialized on repairing crankshafts. They should be able to produce a bronze bushing like this and check the lower bearing, which is usually ok. If not, the bearing is available from Honda.

Wow! I had already been to the reccomended engine--metal- specialist and showed him my conrod and he was the one to say it is not possible to do what you just showed possible is, and he said it was necessary to buy the new one, even if Chinese... He said there was not enough "meat" to drill in, and put the bushing as on your photo! Well, now I will come back to his shop and show him this picture. Thank you! My hopes are growing now.
Are you sure this will work? My concern is: OK it is possible to place a bushing there despite the thin material, but will it stand the torque and will it last..? Was the part you pictured already on use, or is it planned to? Thanks in advance

In every case you have to die one death going with chinese parts or repair it alternativ style.
I really understand you, for me is also a Problem to find a solution for my dreams an with my money!

Hi,
Just talked to 'the guy'. I mean: an expirienced metal and engine repair specialist with 40 years of this kind of work on his back. Recommended as 'best in town'. I showed him the picture and he said he could make a bushing like this, but he would not give me any guarantee, as there is too little material left around it. He would be affraid to risk my dear life (!) making this, and again he advised to buy best possible (most expesive?) Chinese conrod... Which I probably will, but before this, I'll give him the other engine parts (cylinder, piston etc. ) to measure.
It is hard to be wise between the given options. "You have to die one death"...
