Nun habe ich das Set https://www.ebay.de/itm/Tourmax-Membran ... Swtrha1fjC auch bestellt. Die Länge der Stange ist wie original



Das Gummi des Tourmax ist viel weicher und scheint nicht gewebeverstärkt zu sein wie das Original. Sicher sagen könnte man das aber nur, wenn man das Gummi aufschneidet.



Die Passform ist gut, nur um die beiden Bohrungen oben ist das Gummi schmäler. Zur Zeit habe ich keinen Kanditaten zum Einbauen, wäre interessant, ob man damit einen lahmen Vergaser wieder flott bekommt.

... und, war das Gummi deutlich weicher als bei dem Altteil? Sehe gerade, das der Anbieter bei Biketeile um 20€ aufgeschlagen hat https://www.bike-teile.de/index.php?sei ... id=1620573. Mist, wollte mir auch gerade eine bestellen ... hätte hätte Fahrradkette

Ohje..das ist natürlich fies ohne guten Grund jetzt aufzuschlagen..er war auch etwas zickig als ich nach Versand mit DHL gefragt habe und ob evtl. vom Preis her noch was geht von wegen Versand inkl.
Hat sich auch nicht auf Versand mit DHL eingelassen obwohl ich das bezahlt hätte, musste dann DPD sein

Was sollst ist angekommen. Die Membran war schon weicher als die 30 Jahre alte, war auch zu erwarten. Aber jetzt nicht so gravierend wie ich angenommen hätte. Ich hab auch die Funktion der BP vorher und nachher geprüft, vom Augenschein war da nicht wirklich viel Unterschied in der Menge zu erkennen. Der Zeitpunkt mag sich geändert haben.

Wobei hier eh ne richtig große Menge Benzin eingespritzt wird, selbst bei relativ langsamem öffnen des Schiebers.

Important that the spray doesn't hit the slide and has a reasonable duration.
Duration is why i kept the slightly firmer original spring under the accelerator pump (measured just by compressing fully on a digital scale).

Hi, welcome. Yes, there was a small off idle stumble, which went away when I cleaned the carb. The accelerator pump housing wasn't sealing in fuel properly when I reassembled, so not enough pressure. Now it has a strong response and no delay. I reduced the clearance on pump rod to almost zero, which is why I wanted to test whether it is too early (service manual says 0.5mm, but other XR models say 0mm clearance)

I have a colortune and intend to tune the carb further. I only made a small adjustment from #138 to #140 main jet, as this was the only main jetting change from Nx250J to later versions
