I had an idea last night :
I used 3D printer to make temporary spacer in ABS.
My first try is 35mm spacers inserted between the long bottom spring and the short top spring. Actualy it seems good, it's a litle difficult to scew the fork plug but sag under the bikes own weight is much lower now.

Next week I will print 50 mm and see what it feels like.

Then I will turn the best choice in aluminium (I can use turning machines at my school )

yes, the short top springs are omitted with the Hyperpro springs. The Hyperpro are also the right length and are therefore easy to mount.

Has anyone ever tested the YSS fork springs for the NX250? https://www.ebay.de/itm/285236519269?_u ... D_BwEwould be interested to know if they are any good.

I currently have CRF230 spring in the front of the bike. I haven't checked sag yet, but they feel SLIGHTLY oversprung. I weigh 200lbs.

Gonna try XT350 springs next.

I like the XT350 springs more than the CRF230 springs. I weigh 90kg and it feels a lot better now.
